Technique: DEEP FREEZING
- 1 tbs (15 ml) grapefruit juice
- 1 rosemary sprig
- grapefruit zest to taste
- 2 fl oz (60 ml) gin
- tonic water to taste
- dry ice to taste
Place a piece of dry ice at the bottom of a glass.
Add rosemary sprig, zest, grapefruit juice, gin, and finally soda, and serve.
